Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve the United States market. International orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@balaksportwear.com for international shipping inquiries. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order through our carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@balaksportwear.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Balaksportwear LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. We are happy to assist with the process and provide documentation as needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

🔁 We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a discount code of 30% or more
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@balaksportwear.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack your item securely and include your order number inside the package
  4. Ship the item to our return address provided in the authorization email
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately atsupport@balaksportwear.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and will send you a replacement at no additional charge.
